We seek a Sales & Account Officer to boost our presencein the Philippines' SI EA portfolio. Your role encompasses nurturing existing accountsand cultivating new opportunities, prioritizing client needs and strongrelationships. Effective communication and negotiation skills are key, alongwith teamwork for customer satisfaction. Additionally, your responsibilitiesinclude generating creative sales ideas, formulating strategies, deliveringcompelling pitches, and crafting business plans. Success in this role dependson active listening, a persuasive sales persona, and the determination tosecure new business through cold calls and inbound leads.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Focus onexisting accounts by understanding their needs and delivering exceptionalservice to increase customer value.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and capitalize onnew business opportunities, developing sales strategies to expand the customerbase.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thoroughmarket research and analysis to gain insights into customer preferences andrequirements.
  • Deal Evaluation: Scrutinize potential businessdeals, assessing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial aspects.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reportsand forecasts to effectively communicate sales performance to management.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Createquotes and proposals for clients and negotiate contracts to ensure mutualsatisfaction.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate inindustry events and conferences to network, stay updated on the latest trendsand technologies, and motivate team members to exceed goals.

You excel in

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, orrelated field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales,preferably in the Electrical Power Industry is an advantage. Fresh Graduatesare welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceedingsales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-makingabilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritizetasks effectively
