Join our Siemens Financial Services business as a Risk Manager responsible for underwriting Middle Ticket and structured transactions. You will deliver an efficient and effective transaction and portfolio management service while meeting the needs of key stakeholders, delivering and maintaining a balanced, quality portfolio. Typical transaction sizes are in excess of £500k, with the average around £1m. This is a significant role within the business with ambitious growth plans, looking to develop in new markets and embrace new technology.
Whilst the position is based in our Stoke Poges office, we have a fully hybrid model of 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home.

You'll make an impact by:
- Contribute to the workflow and resourcing of the Asset Finance/Middle Ticket Risk team
- Make and facilitate decisions in response to Credit Requests concerning end-users, introducers, schemes, and other counterparties
- Develop effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Support entry into new markets, and the development of new products
- Ensure all Regulatory and Compliance requirements are met
- Engage directly with end-users, Introducers, Siemens industrial companies, and other counterparties as business requirements demand
- Contribute to the optimisation of processes, including auto decision tools
You'll build on your existing skills and expertise, including:
- Experience in asset finance / leasing risk management
- Experience underwriting middle-ticket transactions
- In depth understanding of financial statements and principles of lending
- Strong analytical skills, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of process management and optimisation
