For our Offshore Project Construction Site Resource (CSR) department, we are looking for a structured and strongResource Planner to ensure correct and timely manpower allocation across our portfolio of offshore wind projects.

You will be a part of the planning team, where you will be working close together with the Head of Site Staffing, Global Master Planner and Resource Planner in Denmark to ensure optimal allocation of the technicians.

What are my responsibilities?

Your main responsibility will be the planning of manpower, monitoring & evaluate the planning across teams/projects and continually be pro-active in developing the planning processes. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:
•Evolving and control the overall plan for the use of manpower covering the next 0-2 years
• Ensure daily/short term planning tasks are executed timely and with high quality
•Monthly reporting to management with key planning challenges
•Development of tools and processes needed to support the optimal resource planning
•Stakeholder management – Aligning and coordinating planning tasks with other CSR departments

What do I need to qualify for this job?

This role requires someone with several years of experience from a planning function, dealing with a variety of commodities/categories in a large multinational company, preferably within wind power, production, offshore, marine, construction or other industries.

You will be a structured and pragmatic individual and a good problem-solver. You will be able to take a long term perspective and plan accordingly. You will be someone who is used to defining and improving business-related processes and will be comfortable in taking the lead in complex tasks.

This role requires an ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels in a large and multicultural organization. You must possesses strong MS office (Excel) capabilities and be willing to undertake travel when required.
