Job Description
- Responsible for research and development of Computer Vision & Deep Learning algorithms, e.g. object detection, classification, deep learning, etc.

- Improve the performance of current Computer Vision & Deep Learning algorithms, increase the mAP and processing speed.

- Support for algorithms improvement and self-tuning solution

-Support algorithm integration task within related solution or product development

-Deliver technical documents according to the project progress

Qualifications

-Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent

-Strong development skills for data structure and algorithms

-Familiar with Linux, familiar and capable to use C++, Python and OpenCV

-2+ years development expertise in at lease 1 of the listed:object recognition, object tracing, object behavior recognition, license plate recognition.

-Familiar with Computer Vision & Deep Learning algorithms, e.g. Tensorflow, Caffe2, Yolo, C/C++ based CNN algorithms

-Self-motivated, good communication skills and good team player

-Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Fluent in English & Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)

扎实的数据结构和算法功底

熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++，Python和OpenCV

2年以上开发经验，至少具备以下一项项目经验：物体识别，物体追踪，行为判定，汽车尾号识别

熟悉机器视觉&深度学习算法，例如Tensorflow，Caffe2，Yolo，C/C++等等

具备自我驱动能力，良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力

可以适应多任务并行快速迭代的开发环境

中英文读写交流熟练

-Experience for deep learning algorithms development and fine tuning

-Project experience of Machine Learning related development for production, controlling, quality or other manufacturing operations

- Experience on edge device based algorithm is a plus (e.g. Jetson TX2, Movidius, Raspberry PI, etc.)
