Responsible for research and development of AI algorithms, e.g. object detection, classification, deep learning, etc.
Improve the performance of current AI algorithms, increase the mAP and processing speed.
Support for algorithms improvement and fine tuning
Deliver technical documents according to the project progress
负责图像识别和分类、深度学习等相关算法的研发和实现
优化识别算法、提高识别率及成功率
支持算法改进及调参
根据项目管理要求提供相关技术报告

3. 岗位要求 Qualifications

Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Familiar with AI algorithms, e.g. Tensorflow, Caffe2, Yolo, C/C++ based CNN algorithms

Strong development skills for database and algorithms

Familiar with Linux, familiar and capable to use C++, Python and OpenCV

2+ years development expertise in at least 1 of the listed: object recognition, object tracing, object behavior recognition, license plate recognition.

Self-motivated, good communication skills and good team player

计算机或其他相关专业

熟悉机器视觉&深度学习算法，例如Tensorflow，Caffe2，Yolo，C/C++等

扎实的数据结构和算法功底

熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++，Python和OpenCV

2年以上开发经验，至少具备以下一项项目经验：物体识别，物体追踪，行为判定，汽车尾号识别

具备自我驱动能力，良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力

加分项 Plus

Experience for deep learning algorithms development and fine tuning

Experience on edge device based algorithm is a bonus (e.g. Jetson TX2, Movidius, Raspberry PI, FPGA, etc.)

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

深度学习模型调参和优化经验

有边缘计算经验（例如Jetson TX2, Movidius, Raspberry PI, FPGA等等）

可以适应多任务并行快速迭代的开发环境
