About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Renewal Sales Representative to join the professional services team in Turkey. Remote working is available, but you would need to be able to visit our office in Istanbul when required

Area of responsibility

  • You will be responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance and subscription , service and license contracts for our customers in the Turkey.
  • Using your knowledge of our products, maintenance and Subscription contracts, you will help to grow the both subscription and maintenance revenues for the region.
  • Engaging with our customers and partners to help educate them on business practices and associated contractual implications, ensuring the customer awareness, and understanding of applicable product elements.
  • Meeting sales objectives, Targets and efficiency requirements. Following monthly, quarterly closure rates.
  • Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets related to retention and product expansion for your market.
  • Maximize the Siemens DISW revenue within your market while ensuring ongoing account retention, by managing a designated portfolio of accounts to ensure annual contract renewals
  • Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
  • Promote and deliver subscription program services to Siemens DISW users with a focus on user retention.
  • Investigate and resolve subscription-related queries through Siemens Digital Industries Software International via telephone, email, or other means.
  • Facilitate effective communication between multiple departments to complete subscription-related requests.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service to the existing account base.

Your qualifications

  • Experience in software contract renewals and the ability to identify roadblocks to customer longevity.
  • Experience on customer facing roles in sales is a must.
  • Strong experience with Excel report building and PowerPoint presentations; Salesforce, SAP good to have.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, enthusiasm and persuasion skills.
  • Passionate about results and quality, with strong decision-making ability and organizational skills.
  • Excellent commination skills in English are crucial, Turkish language skills are highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals in Software Renewals Subscriptions and/or Operations Management capacity.
  • A results-focused individual, self-motivated and with clear goals, who can use these traits to adopt a team approach to best-in-class user service.
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communication.
  • Able to consult with subscribers on solution building in a user-focused manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Possess a strong sales operations/sales process discipline and knowledge of SFDC
  • Business experience in Software-as-a-Service is a plus.
