What part will you play?
- In your role as Referent Group Accounting & Controlling (f/m/d) you are the expert for the IFRS Group reporting of our standalone reporting unit “Pensions”
- You are responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the standalone reporting unit "Pensions" on Group level
- You independently analyze and evaluate matters of significant importance regarding the accounting of pension obligations according to IFRS. This also includes the analysis and plausibility checks of actuarial reports, the remeasurement of our pension obligations for our interim financial reporting as well as discussions with the auditor
- In addition, your tasks include coordinating and monitoring the annual financial statement work in collaboration with our external service provider in the field of pension consulting
- Furthermore, continuous and proactive controlling and reporting of pension-related key figures is part of your area of responsibility. This also includes regular management briefings and the creation of conclusive presentation materials
- Moreover, you support the further development of the SAP-based global pension reporting system from a business perspective considering the interest of relevant stakeholders

- The basis of your success is your master's degree in business mathematics, economics, macroeconomics/business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
- You have several years of professional experience in the area of pension consulting, pension audit or actuarial services, alternatively in accounting and/or controlling with a focus on IAS 19
- A qualification as actuary (DAV) or in training (f/m/d) is a plus
- You have a strong interest in digitization topics and an affinity for IT applications
- You bring your analytical and diligent way of working, results orientation, organizational skills, assertiveness, and commitment to a respectful team environment
- Sound knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent German and English skills in both spoken and written forms complete your profile
