We are looking for an enthusiastic Redwood Engineer ofSiemens in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1)         Expertise in JavaScript and RedwoodExpression Language (REL)

2)         Exposure working in the SAP landscape

3)         Experience with task automation -Design, build, and implement end-to-end processes per project requirements inRedwood (with knowledge of Process definition/chains/data transformer/Redwoodscripting)

4)         Support error handling/ troubleshooting

5)         Experience in implementing FinanceAutomation use cases

6)         Hands-on experience in Redwood FinanceAutomation and a good understanding of the usage of Orchestrator, Runner,Workbench

7)         Experience in scheduling, using tables,and configuring custom time window submit frames

8)         Strong command of English is required

9)         Strong communication skills, knowledgeon how to align with both product teams and stakeholders.

10)       Ability to focus on process harmonizationand centrally agreed standards in development process

11)       Ability to drive the adoption of newconcepts and processes.

12)       A mindset for curiosity, ownership, andpositivity, fitting well within our organizational culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

1)         Good understanding of Accounting andFinancial processes (e.g Closing and reporting)

2)         Expertise in HTML, CSS for Front-EndDesign and back-end programming using Java (Version 8 or higher) and Python(Libraries such as Pandas and Pyspark)

3)         Good knowledge of API development,connecting Redwood to HANA Data lake, Snowflake , and third-party applications

4)         Experience in transportation of RedwoodObjects

5)         Competency in understanding and/orknowledge in accounting processes (FI/CO, GL AR & AP) and with accountingbackground is an advantage.

Brief Description About the Position:

Thisrole requires the employee to build knowledge of in-house as well as thirdparty solutions in the area of finance automation that will address therequirements of the respective Siemens Operating Company as well as GBSCustomers.

Work with Designer and support thelaunch/implementation of automation and digitalization solutions by:

           Understanding user requirements andthe process designs

           Setting up automation processes byconsidering dynamic situations

           Setting up of workflows (i.e. E-mailnotification alerts) based on distribution list

           Defining the rules/conditions withinprocesses/ chains

           Supporting test planning, including:

a)preparation of test scripts to ensure all features are working as perrequirement and are error free.

b)Reporting of system bugs and suggesting ways to mitigate issues arising out ofthe tests.

c)Communicate with project teams

           Creating process and end-userdocumentation.

           Maintaining high quality ofautomation (QA processes).

           Contributing to unit-level andorganizational initiatives.

           Assess the functionality, performancereliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems.

           Issue analysis and possible solutionwithin Level 1 support scope, including escalation of unresolved problems to ahigher level of support.
