Siemens PCBflow is an online platformfor PCB designers and manufacturers to perform comprehensive Design forManufacturability analysis, assess pricing and availability and collaborate onprojects, from planning to handoff of CAD layout. This improvescommunication between stakeholders and significantly reduces time to market forNPIs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate person with a genuineappreciation of technology and a proven track record in team leadership,including hands-on mentorship and contribution to complex code. Youthrive on understanding complex products, and providing technically excellentsolutions. You demonstrate advancedknowledge and are always ready to assist and advance less experiencedpeers. You will work with minimal supervision and have wide latitude forindependent judgment based on technical expertise.
You will be responsible tomanage all personnel activities of staff (i.e. hiring, training, reviews, pay,rewards, discipline, promotion and termination as necessary, etc.).
You will lead a team to design,develop, modify, and implement software programming for an existing cloudproduct. Your team will focus on surpassing customer expectations and achievinghigh quality and on-time delivery and you will ensure the overall functionalquality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms. Youwill promote innovation through introduction of new technology and professionalexpertise.
You will create and documentsoftware which may involve significant re-architecture of existing systems, defining,and coordinating implementation with wide-reaching implications forcompany-wide portfolio synergies. Youwill be the technical lead of projects that span multiple areas of a product.
Successful candidates will havethe following skills/knowledge:
· Expertise in Cloud Developmentand Architecture: Strongknowledge of cloud platforms; preference given to AWS (DDB ECR, SQS, S3,Lambda).
· Technology Stack: AWS,Java, Node.js, React, Angular, flexible to learn and implement new technologies.
· Hands-OnInvolvement: 20% direct involvement intechnical activities.
· Team Management:Capable of effectively managing a diverse, international team. Minimum 2 years management experience.
· Proficiency in CI/CD and SDLC: Demonstrated experience in Continuous Integration/ContinuousDelivery and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
· Agile Methodology: Fluencyand experience in agile development methodology
· Compliance: Experience implementingISO27001 and/or SOC2 standards.
· Quality Analysis: Familiarwith code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube and Trivy
- · Understand Electronics: Preference will be given to candidates with a background orunderstanding of electronics, PCB design, layout, fabrication or assembly
Position is hybrid, our office is in AirportCity.
