We are leaders in cutting-edge technology for the Railway Signaling sector, developing innovative products and solutions for the satisfaction of its customers and that is why for the R&D Department, we want to join a Software Engineers who will be responsible for the design and development of control system software, according to the design/product specifications.
We would like to onboard an ITV engineer within R&D.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Develop validation activities in Mass Transit projects.
• Review system / component requirements
• Review outcome against requirements to ensure that they fulfill the intended use
• Review correctness, consistency and adequacy of verification and testing
• Check correctness, consistency and adequacy of test cases and executed tests
• Check traceability between requirements and solutions
• Ensure that validations activities planned in system validation plan are carried out
• Review and classify deviations
• Project document reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in software / electrical / electronics with railways specific specialization), physics or maths.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Rail Signaling business, desirable knowledge of ERTMS or CBTC signaling solutions.
• Knowledge on CENELEC standards for RAMS EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159.
• Requirements Management, traceability, and validation knowledge
• Experience as tester or equivalent on safety critical scenarios will be appreciated.
• Knowledge in C/C++/Visual C/JAVA and Python programming language is desirable.
• Strong self-motivated person with natural focus on target achievements.
• High level of communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English, German or French is a plus.
• Availability to travel
• Self-confident, proactive, analytical thinking.
