Job description
Your tasks andresponsibilities:
- Monitoring andimplementation of corporate guidelines and procedures for quality management,processes and occupational safety and protection as well as environmentalsafety with respect to local regulations and legislation.
- Management ofinternal documentation in accordance with ISO requirements, corporate andcountry specifics.
- Management of theContinuous Improvement Process (CIP), including the organization of CIP Boards,preparation of documents and monitoring of the implementation of measures fromthe CIP tool.
- KPIs monitoring,reviewing and reporting.
- Ensuring thecustomer satisfaction survey after the project.
- Supervision andmanagement of the system for submitting complaints and customer requests.
- Cooperation withinstitutions and organizations regarding activities related to quality andregulatory matters.
- Preparation andparticipation on internal and external audits in the field of quality, safetyand health protection at work and environmental protection.
- Keeping up-to-dateof stakeholder analysis and risk register.
- Administration ofthe regulatory tasks (postmarket surveillance, product notifications).
- Responsibility formeasuring and test device calibration and evidence.
- Conduct trainingsfor target groups with focus on quality, EHS, processes and internaldocumentation.
Your qualifications,experience & skills:
- At least 2 years ofprofessional experience in a quality position or education in field qualitymanagement.
- Higher education(preferred fields: economics, technical).
- Good knowledge ofthe Slovak and English languages in both speech and writing, enabling fluentbusiness communication.
- The ability tounderstand the professional content of the text.
- The ability to makestylistic and grammatical adjustments to the text.
- Responsible andconscientious approach to tasks.
- Experience orfamiliarity with IT tools (MS Office, databases,...)
- Responsibility,independence, thoroughness, systematicity, serious demeanor, high workcommitment, loyalty to the company.
