What are my responsibilities?
- Ensure that quality rules and regulations are always applied, through internal audits and key
- safety indicators.
- Conduct investigations in case of non-conformities, incidents, or accidents.
- Ensure proper dissemination throughout quality activities of the quality management plan.
- Conduct quality audits within operations and maintenance departments to ensure compliance with the integrated management system.
- Collect O&M data and conduct statistical analysis to identify quality trends and update quality.
- reports (monthly, yearly).
- Follow-up on amendments made to laws & and regulations and update quality documents.
- Accordingly, develop an internal control process for the quality department.
- Conduct quality investigations and issue incident/accident reports accordingly.
- Ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct inspections on site and issue inspection reports accordingly.
- Conduct reports for updates and reviews of rules and regulations in coordination with internal.
- Provide expertise and advice regarding all quality-related topics to operations staff (lessons to be learned, good practices, circular, operations temporary instructions, etc.).
- Assist during T&C activities.
- Follow the applicable quality rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Provide and update templates for project documents.
- Conduct interviews and model processes for the internal departments.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Rail, Metro, or similar Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience conducting internal and external audits for ISO 9001 compliance.
- Experience with railway project management, Understanding of project lifecycle phases, risk management, and quality control procedures within railway projects.
- Solid work experience in quality officer function from a similar organization setup.
- Experience in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Experience in conducting inspections of tools, materials & equipment, and processes according.
- Ability to identify non-conformities, analyze data, conduct root cause investigations, and recommend effective corrective actions to relevant standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation/reporting skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
