Quality Manager in Projects

Job description
- Represent the project internally and externally in matters of quality
- Coordination of site quality activities in turnkey projects
- Contribute to project planning to ensure that project-specific quality requirements are considered starting with sales phase
- Develops, controls and ensures the implementation and improvement of a project-specific QM system documented in the project quality plan
- Develops, controls and ensures the implementation of a quality plan (incl. quality assurance measures such as review / test / validation etc.) for the project derived from existing QM system agreed upon with the own organization, customer, partners and suppliers
- Plan and execute project audits (internal and external)
- Initiates trainings for project employees with regards to quality (e.g., methods and processes)
- Conducts quality related methodology/tools (esp. risk management, 8D, identify and conduct relevant lessons learned, Quality Gates, NC management, root cause analyzes, etc.)
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Degree with relevant technical experience
- Very good command of English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Office 365
- Min 5 years’ experience in Site and Project Quality activities preferably in EPC projects
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge of quality methodology/tools
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology/tools (PMI is an asset)
- No restriction for travelling and frequently travelling will be required.
