This is a rolewell suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set andgain hands-on experience. As a QualityManagement Systems (QMS) Intern you will be responsible for:
- You will collaborate with team members in production and quality to build robust quality management system. With specific focus on the Training, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and Risk Management QMS requirements.
- You will participate in User Acceptance Testing for the electronic quality management system (eQMS)
- You will perform gap assessment, write/revise Standard Operating procedures, generate metrics, assess system maturity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements.
- Specific tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities.

Required skills and education to have for thesuccess of this role
- Preferred 3.0 GPA
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (minimum rising junior preferred)
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Quality Management Systems and Compliance
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-functional team
- Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
StartDate: Summer 2024
The pay range for this position is $28.70 - $36.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
