Siemens Grand Prairie, TX is looking for a Quality Engineer – IMS/ Controlled Documents to join their new facility to direct the execution and performance of the plant’s Integrated Management System (IMS) activities including managing the ISO certification and developing the organization’s IMS. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing/managing and maintaining our documentation control system while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
This is a mid-level role in the organization which requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and a passion for excellence, integrity, innovation, and success. The successful candidate will develop and maintain quality control systems designed to ensure continuous improvement.


You will make an impact by:
• Lead, at a plant level, the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ISO certifications, ensure IMS compliance with relevant ISO standards and guidelines related to quality management, social and environmental responsibilities, and risk management.
• Create, review, revise, and maintain controlled documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all documents.
• Establish and maintain a document numbering and version control system.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align documentation and processes with ISO standards.
• Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Manage and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Ensure clear, concise, & accurate policies, procedures, instructions, forms, and objectives are provided and maintained. Guide stakeholders for correct implementation of the QMS.
• Support and perform internal auditor duties, including scheduling and training. Ensure the internal audits include emphasis on risk mitigation and process risk in accordance with the needs of ISO 90001, 14001 & 45001.
• Monitor the quality objectives that have been established and organize and conduct regular management review meetings. Report to top management on the performance of the IMS (e.g., internal audits and findings, corrective actions, effectiveness of those actions), including opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to document control processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support in training employees and relevant stakeholders on document control procedures and ISO standards. And promote awareness of the importance of controlled documentation within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 3 plus years experience working in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Engineer with IMS/Control Documents
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards

• The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
