Your Skills and Experience
  • Oversee TYGL SIG Warehouse management and conduct product/equipment inspections
  • Ensure cross-functional cooperation with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and relevant suppliers to achieve quality business goals
  • Manage non-conformances (NC) in a professional manner
  • Implement quality improvement methods and enhance process performance management
  • Integrate project quality reporting into overall project reporting and ensure its continuous improvement
  • Work together with offshore QMiP to develop and execute the Project Quality Plan
  • Develop, control and ensure the implementation and improvement of a project-specific QM system documented in the project quality plan
  • Lead and/or coordinate the entire project quality team (internal/external) within the assigned organizational unit
  • Conduct internal quality audits with support from HQ, perform product quality verification, oversee shipment inspection and installation, and complete T&C inspection. Verify the correct process on inspection/test record sheets, sign for approval etc.
  • Manage TTYE Quality Control Management

Requirements
  • TOEIC score above 700
  • Possess a PCC Quality Management Certificate from the "Public Construction Quality Management Training Course" (公共工程品質管理訓練班”(機電設備班為佳)) ; additional certification in EHS for Occupational Safety and Health Management personnel or Site Manager will be a plus
  • Hold a college degree with a focus on the Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) sector
  • Proficient in communication skills with project team members and customers in both Chinese and English on-site
  • Have 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in large-scale E&M Public Construction Projects (valued at over NT$ 200 million)
