What part will you play?
- You manage the qualitative monitoring of products and apply methods such as APQP and lessons learned in all phases
- You actively work on the fault analysis of protection and automation devices
- Also, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to solve internal and external quality problems using different problem-solving methods
- You will elaborate and define standards for factory acceptance tests
- You will be accountable for Parameterization of devices for testing of individual functionalities with Digsi and Reydisp while also handling the functionality of the device with our test system
- In addition, you will organize and execute factory acceptance tests with all manufactured products of the instrumentation plant, including factory tours with customers
- You will take over the documentation of test results
- Driving the topic of digitalization within the area of Return & Repair will also be a part of your tasks
- You will use databases and AI to create transparency and implement the necessary steps to improve quality goals
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external specifications for components and products are met in cooperation with Supplier Quality Management
- You will accompany internal and external audits

- The basis of your success is a completed master’s degree in technical studies, e. g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics
- You already have long-time experience in quality assurance of serial production (basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma as well as statistical process assessments, 8D, Value Stream Mapping, APQP, etc.)
- Also, you can demonstrate experience with customer applications of products from the field of Protection & Automation, commissioning experience would be an advantage
- In addition to a confident handling of MS Office, you are also characterized by SAP knowledge (Q-module)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python or similar), databases and AI is an advantage
- You have a strong ability to integrate and work in a team while at the same time being assertive
- Your way of working can be described as proactive as well as goal- and solution-oriented
- You are able to lead assigned project teams, prioritize, assign tasks to team members, and review the progress of agreed transactions and workflows
- You are fluent in German and English, knowledge of other foreign languages are an advantage
