What part will you play?
- Your task is to coordinate operational quality assurance as well as to ensure the series quality of ongoing production
- You confidently manage the qualitative monitoring of products and product relocations from the very beginning and apply methods such as APQP and lessons learned in all phases
- You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to solve internal and external quality problems using different problem-solving methods
- In addition, you are committed to supporting the operational production areas in all quality-related matters and work closely with the quality employees responsible for the line
- You use databases and AI to create transparency and implement the necessary steps to improve quality goals
- You are responsible for internal improvement projects
- You are responsible for ensuring that internal and external specifications for products are met in cooperation with R&D and Supplier Quality Management
- You accompany internal and external audits

- Completed technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics
- Long-time experience in quality assurance of serial production (basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma as well as statistical process assessments, 8D, Value Stream Mapping, APQP, etc.)
- Experience as an auditor (m/f/d) in the field of quality management is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- SAP knowledge (Q-module)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python or similar), databases and AI is an advantage
- Fluent German and English would be a plus
- You have a strong ability to integrate and work in a team while at the same time being assertive
- Proactive, goal- and solution-oriented way of working
- Lead assigned project teams, prioritize, assign tasks to team members, and review the progress of agreed transactions and workflows
