* Heads overall organization assigned, and leads all QM-related management and staff.
* Leads national / international QM networks and communities.
* Collaborates with CEO and business team, as well as with executives in Grid Software - India and all relevant interfaces worldwide to achieve quality business goals.
* Defines, establishes, and continuously optimizes a “living” integrated management system of relevant management system standards with a focus on risk & opportunity management, action and effectiveness (CIP).
* Ensures the development of digital solutions related to quality to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency along the customer journey.
* Ensures transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of QM audits to generate business impact.
* Initiates, promotes and controls strategic, global quality programs to drive the digital transition. 
* Drives lessons learned across assigned organizations.
* Leads the specialist competence department for product safety. Ensures that all requirements are met, coordinates product safety measures and monitoring.
* Contributes to customer experience excellence by knowing customer pain points regarding business relationships as well as along the E2E customer journey and derivation of respective measures.
* Manages quality-specific external communication towards customers and to external authorities.
* Creates a quality culture and awareness together with top management for continuous improvement, high customer satisfaction and conformity with internal and external regulations.
* Develops, controls and ensures the implementation of professional non-conformance (NC) management.
* Ensures the implementation of quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA).
* Ensures real-time transparency for ad-hoc and routine analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.
* Implements an early warning system using data analytics for prevention and integrates it into daily business.
* Plans budget for strategic, global quality programs and the related financial and personnel resources and aligns this with the organizational unit's budget plan.
* Ensures with P&O the implementation of a competence management and training system for quality-related competences.
* Improves and adapts training landscape based on business needs, strategic outlook of the company and training feedback.
* Drives the agile/lean transition of the whole organization and coaches management to get the organization to the next level.

This role is based in Kalwa, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
