Purchasing Specialist – with Czech language (m/f/d)

Location: Poland / Czech Republic

Yourtasks and responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the highestSiemens Healthineers standards in the Siemens Healthcare s.r.o. organization.Supplier base management.
  • Support for businessprocurement in sales project phases and project implementation.
  • Creation of comprehensive andtransparent process documentation.
  • Generating added value for theorganization in collaboration with preferred suppliers.
  • Optimization of costs relatedto the operation of both indirect and direct procurement areas.
  • Supplier management, includingportfolio optimization.
  • Obtaining complementary offersfor products from third-party companies in accordance with the SIWZ (Terms ofReference) or internal customer requirements.
  • Close collaboration withdepartments: Finance, Project Management, Sales, Logistics, Quality.
  • Working with indicators –reporting and implementing corrective actions.

Yourqualifications, experience & skills:

  • Several years of professionalexperience in a procurement position.
  • Experience in managingprocurement categories.
  • Higher education (preferredfields: economics, technical).
  • Good knowledge of the Czech andEnglish languages in both speech and writing, enabling fluent businesscommunication.
  • Familiarity with and practicalapplication of modern methods of procurement process management.
  • Responsible and conscientiousapproach to tasks.
  • Ability to work with technicaland technological requirements of products within the serviced categories.
