We are looking for a Property Management Expert @ Casa Siemens to be hired with a permanent contract in Milano within the Siemens RealEstate function.

Your Challenge

As a Property Manager @ Casa Siemens yourmission will be to develop and coordinate the execution of Master Plan@CasaSiemens “Modern, sustainable office, labs to showcase Siemens brand and ecosystem,attract & retain tech talents. Vision supported by strong business outlook,headcount growth & foundation of 125 years of Siemens in Italy”.

The main activities will be to:

• support interfaces about Construction Project in Casa Siemens with SRE DPConstruction Team, Internal Customers, Property Manager, SRE AP FIN and localAuthorities.
• develop customer and fit-out project.
• ensure adherence to maintenance principles, guideline and processes.
• execution of local EHS-aspects and to minimize risks in order to ensurelegally compliant operation and live zero harm culture.
• steer/ensure the adherence to local building standards and regulations,including proper documentation of owned buildings in asset register.
• understand the cost structure of technical assets/equipment and drivers indetail and monitor the given budget for your projects.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• You have work experience in corporate realestate during building operations 
• You hold a degree in architecture or/and engineering science(mechanical /electrical/civil) experience with CAD
• Project management experience in real estate maintenance investments
• IT affinity - You should have the ability to keep touching thenewest improvements in the area of technological innovation andapply them in the company. ​
• You like interaction with customer and have strong service and solutionmindset​
• We expect an excellent command of Italian (native) and English(proficiency).​
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to cocreate and  hare knowledge
