We are currently seeking a Project Operations Officer to join our Project Management Team to work in an exciting workplace in Sydney, NSW.

The Project Operations Officer will be coordinating a set project with a comprehensive focus with effective management of project management support functions, processes, tools and methods in customer projects. The Project Operations Officer will be in regular correspondence with the Project Manager, different clients or subcontractors, as well as the engineering team.
In this role, you will:
- Overview on and off-shore document management, scheduling and requirements management
- Coordinate the interface management, including change and configuration management
- Advise on project coordination and provide required reportings
- Be involved with training, O&M handover management, and acceptance management
Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.
- Have relevant tertiary education in an engineering discipline.
- You have a broader knowledge and experience of project management, preferably in rail projects.
- Knowledge of setting up project organisations including structures and processes
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver according to plans
- PM@Siemens certified Project Manager is an advantage
