Then come and join our global team as a Project Manager. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Project Management Team Leader, this position will provide support for project rollouts throughout Victoria and Tasmania and provide project management support for the wider Project Management team across ANZ.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Project management of imaging projects in hospitals and private practices.
• Develop tender responses, project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Engage with all project stakeholders.
• Support the project team to deliver projects to scope, on time, within budget while complying with PM@Health project methodology.
• Manage all internal resources, contractors and 3rd party suppliers.
• Manage project issues, risks and safety throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Support PMO continuous improvement.
Your qualifications and experience:
• Experience in building, mechanical and electrical environments within a hospital or private medical equipment practice
• Well-developed knowledge of quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Experience in key procurement activities including tender submissions, customer turnkey offerings, tender evaluations and managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Project Management qualifications would be advantageous
• Project management accreditation is advantageous.
• Experience managing construction, crane activities and reviewing work health & safety on sites.
Your attributes and skills:
• Ability to work and contribute to a team environment while also working independently.
• High level of organisation, planning and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure on a number of competing priorities.
• Proactive and initiative driven to drive improvements.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software advantageous.
You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
