We are looking fora Project Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure Regional Services &Solutions (RSS) Europe division. Your role will be managing existing projectsin Spain in accordance with customer contracts and meeting the commercial andtechnical objectives of the project.
Your will take thelead on the following.
- Execution ofprojects according to the agreed requirements. Assist in defining the scope andobjectives of the project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technicalfeasibility.
- Alongside theproject team, track, and report on progress to work delivery, schedule, andchange requests against the plan and adjust consistent with plan objectives.
- Building andmaintaining a relationship with customers based on partnership and efficientcommunication management with partners and the project team.
- Coordinateinternal resources and third parties/suppliers for the correct execution ofprojects.
- Ensure compliancewith current regulations.
- Ensureavailability and allocation of resources.
- Perform riskmanagement to minimise project risks.
- Measure projectperformance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report andescalate to management as required.
- Establish andmaintain third party/supplier relationships.
- Create andmaintain comprehensive project documentation.
About you!
- Strong technicalbackground in the field of electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Technicalexperience in Fire and Comfort projects.
- Be qualified forcertification and/or legalization of Fire installations.
- Excellent internaland customer facing communication skills.
- Strong ProjectSchedule skills, including attention to detail and multitasking tools.
- High level ofEnglish, both spoken and written.
- Willingness totravel nationally.
