Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

We are looking for a dynamic ProjectManager to be responsible for ESCO projects in UAE. In this role you will directlyreport to the Head of Projects. To be a successful, you must be able to work onmultidisciplinary projects and have great communication and presentationskills.

The Project Manager is expected tolead, manage and deliver profitable projects based on domain expertise as wellas being expected to have a deep knowledge, understanding and application ofproject management disciplines.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Providestechnical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successfulimplementation of project activities.
• Ensures that theProject is technically sound and consistent with client’s requirements andpriorities.
• Administers the contractfrom technical and commercial standpoint.
• Interacts withclients, interprets their needs and requirements, and representing them to theHead of Projects for implementation in the field.
• Plans, schedules,coordinates and monitors assigned projects.
• Formulates projectparameters and monitors activities.
• Accuratelypresents project status to the Head of Projects in monthly review meetings andweekly stand-up calls.
• Performingquality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and reports the project'sstatus.
• Collaborateswith interna functions of solution development (design), engineering andcommissioning to create more efficient project methods and enhance theproject's profitability.
• Interact withSub-contractors to monitor and control their performance.
• Prepares RFPs todeploy sub-contractors.
• Perform andreview engineering tasks. Initiate necessary corrective actions.
• Developspecifications for the needs of the project.
• Implementframeworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establish fieldtest methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensure theproject's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies,performance standards, and specifications.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor'sdegree in mechanical engineering.
• 10-15 years ofexperience in relevant field.
• Experience inUAE MEP segment is mandatory requirement.
• Certified PMPfrom PMI or IPMA-C is mandatory requirement.
• Driving Licenseis a must.
• Being wellversed in ASHRAE Codes and guidelines is an added advantage
• Excellentcomputer literacy.
• The ability towork with multiple discipline projects.
• Previousexperience of handling multiple discipline projects and energy optimization projectsis as advantage.
• Excellentproject management and supervision skills.
• Excellentorganizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge ofapplicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
