We are looking for a ProjectManagement Professional

You’ll make a difference by:

• Monitor upcoming RFPs and analyze market to identify trends and competitive advantages/shifts
• Monitoring of Implementation of PM @Siemens process across bids and projects of EL
• Reviewing of all ongoing projects through monthly project status review including tracking and ensuring implementation of action items from PSRs.
• Ensuring that lessons learned across projects are captured and shared across relevant stakeholder.
• Tracking Implementation of DOORS across projects in line with PM @Siemens stage gate requirement
• Benchmarking of contractual clauses as and when required along with proactively sharing guidelines within project teams to deal with specific clauses.
• Ensuring that data in project management tools in Siemens (EPIQ, ROCCIT tec.) is updated timely with respect to Timeline and NCC.
• Supporting new projects for Project management plans
• Setting up of monitoring formats for every projects in close coordination with Project managers to track timely execution of projects.

Desired Skills:

• You should have experience in metro/railway electrification projects along with bachelor’s degree in Electrical or fields related to electrical engineering.
• Masters degree in fields of project / general management is preferred.
