This is your role. What part will you play?
Assistthe Project Manager on supervising the Delivery of the RTS Link Project asfollows:
- Support Project Management activities i.e. Scheduling, Costing, Reviewing of documents
- Build a close relationship with the project team for a better understanding of the different stages of the projects
- Support configuration and change management activities with assistance from Technical team
- Assist in procurement activities with assistance from Technical Team
- Monitor the performance of installation works with our subcontractors
- Familiarize yourself with the financials of the Projects: costs, revenue, cashflow/invoicing to customer, working closely with the Commercial PMs.
- Improve project management processes within RTS Link and provide suggestions to optimize processes
YourQualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
- Undertaking a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and also a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Possess advanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables) and SAP
- Skills in AutoCAD, Navisworks will be an additional plus
To beeligible for this position, applicants must possess a Valid Student Pass inSingapore or satisfy the Ministry of Manpower’s Work Holiday Pass (WHP)requirements.
