We are looking for a Project Coach and Facilitator to our coaching and facilitation team in our Project Management Office organisation, where we create value for our Offshore Projects by driving internal improvement and optimization projects, process management and dedicated programs throughout the Offshore Project organization.

Our team of Project Coaches and Facilitators is the driving force in Offshore when it comes to team development, alignment, collaboration and communication. You will be supporting our project execution teams and line organization with facilitating workshops to improve the performance of the teams.

You will assist in project optimization tasks across the department and projects and you will be running internal projects across the organisation with focus on improving and optimizing our processes and our way of working.

Finally, as a part of our facilitation tasks across the project management community in Offshore you will support with facilitating workshops for capturing and processing lessons learned found on the projects

What are my responsibilities?

· You will plan, prepare, moderate, facilitate and document workshop activities for the Offshore project teams that engage the participants, help them meet their objectives and contribute to the projects’ overall performance targets
· Plan and align clear objectives for the workshops with the responsible project manager
· Provide a positive environment in which the teams and groups are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process
· Observe and evaluate the teams’ performance, behavior, and social development
· Facilitate project team development for customer projects

The three different types of workshops are:

· Project Acceleration through Coaching and Teamwork workshops (PACT) – i. e. kick off workshops & team building workshops
· Simulation workshops of the installation phase of the offshore projects to align project teams, external vendors, and clients based on Lego Serious Play
· Lessons Learned workshops to support the projects in creating a Best Practice approach in the beginning of the project and to collect Lessons learned before closure.

You should expect up to 100 travelling days per year for this position.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have documented experience within coaching of individuals or groups and/or extensive facilitation experience from delivering a number of workshop
· You hold a relevant degree, which has provided you with a solid understanding of business, organization, management and communication
· Experience with project management and preferably experience from working with PM@Siemens or related project management concepts
· As a person you hold extremely good communication skills, you are capable to energize & motivate both yourself & others, you know how manage conflicts, you are hardworking and ready to go the extra mile
· You are able to coordinate and mobilize resources from across different parts of the organization and projects. Furthermore you hold an analytical sense and approach to complex problems
· You are customer and solution oriented, well planned and prepared for every workshop
· A good multicultural understanding with the ability to drive demanding processes in an international environment
· You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
