Then come and join our global team as Program Manager S/4HANA Transition (f/m/d) to design and ensure a successful process transformation and system migration as part of the S/4HANA introduction for our global Siemens Healthineers business units.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • This role includes the leadership and technical management of the S/4HANA Transition Team including budget responsibility as well as the technical management of the sub-project managers.
  • You report the program status in steering and sounding boards to our management (CEOs, CFOs, department heads and experts) and you are responsible for achieving the program goals, especially regarding the content, budget and deadlines.
  • You are responsible for consulting, defining, developing, and implementing globally efficient, future-oriented and competitive business processes as a basis for targeted, trusting collaboration with the IT project management for IT implementation in S/4HANA. You will cover all business functions (e.g. finance, SCM, R&D, sales, HR…).
  • You will actively drive the use of the new process and system solutions with proactive change management both in the pilot project and globally for Siemens Healthineers.
  • You work closely with stakeholders from a wide range of areas, e.g., business areas, business lines, technology centers and regions, to coordinate strategic topics, among other things, and actively manage the interface between IT and business.
  • Together with the process managers, you model innovative, excellent target processes, break away from traditional approaches where appropriate and define corresponding requirements for S/4HANA and affected applications in the “eco-system”, e.g., at the interface to the PLM.
  • They ensure an optimal flow of information and effective knowledge exchange at all levels as well as reliability and ability to provide information internally and to customers and suppliers.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a university degree in business management, engineering or a comparable field.
  • You have many years of experience in the areas of supply chain management as well as in sales and finance.
  • You have many years of people management experience.
  • You have already successfully managed comparable transitions in a managerial position.
  • You have extensive experience in project management of large-scale international projects.
  • You have very good knowledge of the current SAP product portfolio and know the “non-SAP” IT solutions that need to be taken into account in the end-to-end system landscape.
  • With your outstanding business and process knowledge, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of the S/4HANA transition.
  • You have a very sound understanding of the medical device industry, including the regulatory framework, as well as a good knowledge of medical devices and system applications.

  • You have business fluent German and English skills.
