Job description
- Gather current documentation.
- Meet with key stakeholders to determine best practices.
- Document best practices.
- Build an updated onboarding Planner for each Professional Services role.
- Build an organized Professional Services onboarding SharePoint site.
- Other potential projects may include: Asset Essentials UAT process improvement and documentation and Internal audit processes and documentation.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, majoring in either Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (with a focus on technology and/or data analysis)
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Intermediate level proficiency with Excel is a must.
- Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
- An ability to work independently and in teams
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management ability
