About the job
The initial focus for this summer internship is to improve our Professional Services internal onboarding processes and documentation.
Interns will start in late May 2024 and are approved to stay until August 31, 2024.

What you’ll do in the role:
  • Gather current documentation.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to determine best practices.
  • Document best practices.
  • Build an updated onboarding Planner for each Professional Services role.
  • Build an organized Professional Services onboarding SharePoint site.
  • Other potential projects may include: Asset Essentials UAT process improvement and documentation and Internal audit processes and documentation.

What you need: 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, majoring in either Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (with a focus on technology and/or data analysis)
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Intermediate level proficiency with Excel is a must.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
  • An ability to work independently and in teams
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management ability
The pay rate for this position is $20/hr. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
