What will you do
As production supervisor you will be responsible to keep health and safety conditions during the production process priorising personel wellbeing, in order to acomplish the metrics by the best possible management.
 
Responsabilities
• High dominance of EHS regulations
• Priorice Zero Harm Culture
• Advanced Production plan 
• Project Management
• People Management
• Update and keep track of sales force and SAP
 
What will you need to succeed?
• Bachelor as engineer related to production such as industrial, mechanical or electrical
• Able to work under high demand enviroment
• Great communication skills
• Lidership on EHS and People Management
• Upper intermediate English Level
• 3 to 5 years of experience related to people management
