Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as  a  Production Set-Up Mechanic – 2 nd  shift.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Production Set-Up Mechanic, you will be responsible for :  

Performing a wide variety of routine manufacturing functions in one or more of the following areas:

·  Set-up, calibration, and repairing high volume filling and packaging machinery
·  Manufacturing equipment operation.
·  Assists in resolving routine manufacturing equipment related problems affecting daily operations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously or in small groups.

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below,   and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers.   Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience include:

·  Basic knowledge of machine shop equipment
·  Experience with personal computers, including typical office applications
·  1-3 years experience setting up, maintaining and repairing high volume filling and packaging machinery
Required skills to have for the success of this role

·  Strong troubleshooting skills
·  Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, fluidic and basic electronic control systems.
·  Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities
·  Must be able to follow and adhere to written work instructions.
·  Good verbal and written communication to others on a daily basis
·  Must be comfortable working autonomously or in small groups
·  Training may require different hours of work; the ability to accommodate these needs is required. Overtime is required based on business needs.
Shift Hours:  This is a 2 nd  shift position.

Shift hours are: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday afternoon through Friday night.
