Our platform applies IT/OT data for precise assessments of internal and supply chain emissions. With distributed ledger technology, we ensure accurate PCF sharing, integrating LCA factors, energy values, and material flow data. What part will you play?
- Strategic Lifecycle Shaper: Shape in collaboration with the team the entire lifecycle for your sub-domain, planning and coordinating the release of project results independently.
- Product Visionary: Take charge as a Product Owner/Manager, driving the ongoing development of the product. Anticipate user requirements and seamlessly convert them into product requirements.
- Collaborative Development Leader: Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
- Market-Oriented Solution Collaborator: Collaborate with product teams to devise market-oriented technical solutions, considering both commercial and organizational aspects.
- Strategic Face of the Product: Act as an internal and external representative and contact person for the defined products/features. On the customer side, be the liaison to multifunctional development teams.
- Project Communication Maven: Manage and communicate project-related tasks, including project plans, schedules, and requirements, between different teams. Participate in sprint planning and team meetings simultaneously.
- Backlog Architect: Build and maintain the team backlog, epics, and user stories. Define Definition of Done (DoD) criteria and accept/reject work results.
Your toolkit for success.
- Showcase educational excellence with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Bring many years of proven experience in technical product management or ownership roles within the B2B SaaS industry ideally with supply chain focus
- Experience with customers from the manufacturing and process industry as well as a technical understanding of supply chain processes.
- Possessing a deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs and decentralized systems as a plus
- Highly proficient in analytical, strategic, and coordinative skills. In addition, you bring a high level of communication and motivation talents coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence
- We work with experts all over the world – although we mainly work remotely, we value a solid personal relationship, so our team meets physically at least once a week in Amberg, Berlin or Munich. Willingness to travel internationally (limited extent).
