What part will you play?
- In your role as a Product Owner (f/m/d), you are part of an international expert team, which is responsible for the development of market-leading visualization software for SICAM energy automation systems and process visualization within an entire product group
- In close collaboration with the portfolio and product management, as well as other product owners, you define, elaborate, and prioritize requirements for the ongoing development of HMI products
- You oversee development activities, assist in creating user documentation, and conduct acceptance testing of developed features
- Furthermore, you are responsible for evaluating requirements in a market-oriented manner and take ownership of developing market-oriented technical solutions in close collaboration with agile development teams
- You oversee the creation and maintenance of product and release backlogs, ensuring the continuous delivery of product software
- Additionally, you engage in global interactions with our customers, users, and promoters

- The base forms your university degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in the agile software development environment and in coordinating development teams, e.g., as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Ideally, you have expertise or professional experience with process visualization software for automated controls (e.g., SIMATIC WinCC), HMIs in energy supply, or SCADA systems
- You possess strong communication and motivational skills as well as high social competence
- Furthermore, you have an agile mindset and knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe, and ideally, hold a certification as a Product Owner
- A structured, independent, and transparent work style, as well as goal-oriented and appropriate communication, characterizes you
- You are willing to travel (approximately 10-20%) and are open to collaborate with international teams
- Therefore you are fluent in German and have proficient English language skills
