With outstanding integrations with major MCAD and PLM tools (e.g. Siemens NX and Teamcenter), Capital supports true multi-functional E/E systems development, whilst eliminating many hours of traditional manual processes and prototyping to deliver working products to market faster.

In this position, you will implement product roadmaps by developing exciting features that solve real-world industry problems. You will define solutions, develop requirements, and work in an agile fashion with product development to ensure your solutions are meeting our customers’ needs. You will have significant input in defining the roadmap and vision for the products you own and be a critical part of regular planning.

This role is based in Hyderabad. But you’ll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you’ll need to go where this job takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries, and the shape of things to come.

• You will work as a Product Owner for the data management and integration tools of Capital, and work closely with the Product Management, Market, and Industry teams for planning and roadmap grooming.
• You will define, validate, and prioritize marketing requirements for these tools and related technologies, and act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative solutions.
• Working with multi-functional teams to define the product specifications and continuous prioritization of product features in a scaled agile development environment.
• Work with the development organization to describe the context, value, and intent of the requirements and throughout the implementation ensuring that the software meets the intent.
• Support development of materials to enable the sales force to present and demonstrate new features and to communicate the value and utility of these features.
• As needed, build and deliver product training to internal staff and customers. Build e-learning materials. Ensure that user documentation is effective.
• Communicate the vision of the product line and act as an enthusiast both internally and externally.
• You will provide product support to the Siemens sales channel, working directly at customers' sites in pre-and post-sales situations. This duty may involve some level of domestic and international travel.

• Do you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or similar?
• Does have in-depth experience with using schematics tools for electrical System & Platform design, also be strong at uncovering root cause problems and then solving those problems excites you!
• Highly credible with customers and able to develop strong customer relationships. Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, difficulties and journeys.
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills and proficient English; other languages and international experience is advantageous.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of Siemens Capital schematic tools is preferred and in designing electrical and/or wiring harness systems for automotive or aerospace domains.
• Does having the ability to understand and read electrical system schematic and wiring diagram excite you!
• Experience of requirements gathering and creation of product plans and expertized with User Experience design. Understanding of agile development methodologies and good to have exposure to Analytics or a SaaS based solutions.
• Experience of working in distributed teams that span continents and with mixed cultures. The ideal candidate would have shown ability to build strong working relationships in such an environment.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally at reasonable frequency
