Apria is Siemens EDA’s leading digital place and route tool that is tailored for designs at advanced process nodes. Aprisa’s unique Detailed- Route-Centric P&R technology helps IC designers to achieve faster time to design closure with better quality-of-results. The Aprisa product line is seeking a Product Manager who has the skills and desire to participate the development and marketing of the Aprisa place and route solutions. This person will be responsible for managing product innovation, marketing and communicating with internal and external target audience, and developing new revenue opportunities and strategies. This person will work with product engineering, R&D, and QA to define and execute a product strategy. The Product Manager will work with R&D to develop a product roadmap as well as help the sales force to identify customer segments and sales strategies. The role requires a strong product management experience, a core engineering background, excellent analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills. This person will be instrumental in defining the marketing strategy for the product line and will work closely with the sales force to execute product initiatives. You will interact with multiple levels of senior management and will be responsible for developing and presenting the product offering at company and industry events.
Job Qualifications:
• BS CS/EE or equivalent field
• Product manager with ability to define and execute product strategy/roadmap in the area of digital place and route technology.
• Minimum of 10 years of EDA product management, technical marketing, or application engineering roles.
• The individual must be able to plan product requirements, resources, and provide ROI rationale for their decisions.
• Experience in coordinating product development cycles and software development schedules.
• Strong background in RTL2GDSII digital implementation methodology, digital integrated circuit design flow, IC and EDA industry trends, as well as advanced process technology and foundry ecosystems.
• Ability to collaborate with and manage cross functional product development teams.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to develop and deliver compelling content for internal and external audiences.
• Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications.
• Ability to travel for marketing and business events.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MS CS/EE or equivalent field.

The salary range for this position is $145,700 to$262,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
