In this role, you will use your Data Analytics and Controller skills. You will be supporting Siemens business in Data Analysis, Data Quality management as well as Platform operations.

Job Description:

Planning, Contolling & Reporting
  • Set up, coordinate, monitor & control planning process.
  • Analyze figures continuously, identify fields of action & monitor target achievement.
  • Monthly reporting of procurement KPIs for a business unit and alignment on the KPIs forecast.
  • Continuous advancement of harmonized reporting.
  • Provide transparency on all levels.
  • Preparation and active participation in regular calls with procurement colleagues from different geographical regions.
  • Coordination of savings reporting from factory business.

Governance

  • Ensure compliance of reporting with company guidelines.
  • Key account for a business unit.
  • Provide trainings to new employees of the respective business unit.

Digitalization

  • Cooperation on development of new reporting tools with less complexity.
  • Further increase automatization level of existing reporting to tailored, user-friendly, dynamic Dashboards.

Experience and Skill set required:

  • 3~5 years of professional experience in data analytics, controlling and reporting in Procurement / Logistics functionst.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Applied-statistics, Business Administration, Informatics, Information and Computation Science, Electronic Information Engineering, SCM or Information Management discipline.
  • English and German language (Business Proficiency).
  • Knowledge of currency effects and influences from listed raw materials.
  • You also have knowledge of the functionality and interrelationships of SAP / OPW and SCMCoRe.
  • A strong expertise in MS Office tools (Access,PPT,Excel).
