You’ll make an impact by:

• Describe the income tax exemptions and tax proofsubmission process to new joiner during Siemens introduction program.
• Brief the tools used in Siemens to submit the proof toavail tax exemptions.
• This position is responsible for managing &administration of the overall Payroll shared services and ensuring complianceand accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validationof data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, TaxReturns.
• Verification &Reconciliation of monthly Income tax declarations by employees, validate andprocess previous employer income and taxes.

• Strong hold on communication along with presentationskills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonalrelationships at all levels of the company.
• Complete knowledge on income tax proofs and handleemployee income tax queries, guide employee to submit the required proof toavail tax exemptions.
• Proven working experience as Tax coordinator and validatethe tax proofs.
• People oriented and results driven mindset.
• Knowledge of understanding HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadershipskills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presenting.
