You’ll make adifference by:

·       Manageemployee particulars in SAP and WD.

·       Experiencein different products of employee data management

·       Sortand prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.

·       Executeand monitor the complete process of employee management.

·       Workingwith Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team.

·       Provideresolution for employee queries.

·       Betterteam coordination

Your successis grounded in:

·       Anygraduate. 3yrs – 5yrs into Hire to Retire process.

·       WorkdayKnowledge and proficiency are preferred.

·       Proficiencyin MS Office Applications like Word and Excel

·       Knowledgein WD

·       ExcellentEnglish language skill -Spoken & Written

·       Shouldbe able to multi-task, managing both operations activities and special projects.

·       Stronganalytical and conceptual skills

·        Abilityto coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.

·       ProcessAutomation knowledge is desired.

·       Analyzecomplex situations based on facts and find solutions.

·       Actproactively to address challenges and opportunities.

·       Demonstratedeffectiveness in working with customers.

·      Highly energetic and” Go-getter”.
