Process Associate - Purchase to Pay

We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automatedpurchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-usePurchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business bydriving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach,and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with thehelp of our high level of process and automation competency.

You’ll make a difference by:

·      Must have GIS experience.

·      Commodity- Castings, Painting, Machined parts,fabricated parts

·      GDNT Knowledge is must.

·      FAT documentation

·      FAI preparation

·      Layout inspection

·      ISO documentation       

·      Supplier Communication, CAPA, 8D, defect reportsmonitoring

·      Calibration management            

·      Shift wise working.

Your success is grounded in:

·       Knowledge acquired in Diploma 3-4years /B.E. mechanical engineer 1-2 years’ experience.

Technical Skills:                                                                                                                                                              

·      Sound Knowledge of MS office (Advance knowledgeof MS EXCEL)

·      Working knowledge of SAP QM

·      English fluency in business Communication withstakeholders

·      Pronounced Communication skills for clarifyingrequirements/solutions and resolving misunderstandings.

·      Proactive mindset and approach to servecolleagues, internal and external customer.
