We are looking forcandidates for our Power Protection and Automation Engineering DevelopmentProgram (PA EDP). This role is based in Raleigh, NC.

As a participant in the Engineering Development Program, you'll be part of a company that values responsibleengineering and innovative solutions. Through structured training and learningrotations, explore multiple roles and responsibilities, and discover your truepassion.


Role Description:

·       Astructured learning and development program including a total of 4-months ofinstructor lead training divided into 3 parts, with two 4-month hands-onlearning rotations in between.

·        Design and implement innovative power protection and automation solutions.

·        Test, commission and troubleshoot projects with the support of your mentor.

You’ll win us over byhaving the following qualifications:

·       ElectricalEngineering major graduating between January 2023 and May 2024.

·       Passionate about innovation andproblem-solving.

·       Excellentcommunication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

·       Abilityto start full-time employment beginning January 11th, 2024 or June 13th, 2024.

·       Willingnessto travel as required during learning rotations. The role will be based out ofRaleigh but will include travel to customer sites to assist in commissioningactivities.

·       Applicantsmust be willing and able to relocate to Raleigh, NC. Assistance is provided tohires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address.

·        Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
