Job description

Provides Pre- and/or After-Sales support forcustomers / Partner & sales teams for technical issues (product,application, configuration). Performs technical and operational support,remotely or on-site, to integrate products into customers' technicalinfrastructure or their products.

What part will you play?

  • In-depth technical expertise in Fire Safety Products (Fire Alarm,Danger Management System, Public Announcement and Voice Alarm, Extinguishing,etc.) and Security Products (Access Control, VMS, Integration Software, etc.)is essential.
  • Additional technical knowledge of Building Automation Products andSystems (BMS, KNX, etc.) is a plus.
  • Assist customers and Sales with technical product selection, systemconfiguration, technical specification, application questions and otherpre-sales technical support
  • Performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans.
  • Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stageas part of the sales team.
  • Analyzes customers' technical setup to better judge on pre- and/orafter-sales support requirements.
  • Acts as standardized interface to customer with escalation paths withinRC and escalation paths towards HQ
  • Perform internal or external product trainings.
  • support ifrequested by the sales organization / customer

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Minimum 3-8 years of workexperience in similar areas
  • Bachelor’s degree inElectrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in MS OfficeApplications
  • Advanced level of English
