Global Delivery Network (GDN) is the organization within Siemens Industry Software responsible for global delivery of PLM and MOM services. As a result of a rapid growth and business needs, GDN decided to extend its current delivery network (USA, India & Malesia) with Europe dedicated Nearshore Center in Poland.

Position overview

We are looking for candidates who would help us build and drive PLM/MOM Application Support practice within our new Delivery Center in Wroclaw. If you like solving complex problems, working with innovative products, coming up with creative solutions and being a part ofbrainstorming team efforts in order to ensure a smooth and reliable service for our clients, this may be a great fit for you.

What are my responsibilities?

· Manage ticket priority, urgency, escalation and service level agreements (SLAs) as per agreed measures
· Handling Production issues as per SLAs - Analysis/Trouble shooting/Debugging
· Interaction with clients for requirement understanding, unclear/incomplete requirements, additional requirements, input data issues
· Deliver final results to customer/end user
· Plan workload activity against deliverables and monitor progress effectively
· Assist the Project Manager in the planning and effective application of change management principles to the project, where required
· Assist the Project Manager on QoS, SLA, CSI etc
· Develop relationships with the aim of being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues
· Lead in the problem-solving of issues through to resolution, providing considered workaround and viable solutions to the customer
· Establish and build effective relationships with customers with excellent communication skills.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Overall at least 2 years of experience in PLM, MOM or MES system support.
· Experience in at least one of below areas:
· PLM Software (Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Windchill, Autodesk PLM)
· CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo)
· Product engineering area
· Production processes
· Production ERP systems (SAP, IFS, Dynamics)
· Production Process Management
· English at B1+ level. German, French or other European language at A2+ would be a significant advantage.
· Ability to understand the incident and problem.
· Ability to redirect tickets properly
· Ability to simulate the problems
· Willingness to learn about the Siemens PLM Software family.
· Ability to work in international environment
· Customer orientation and good communication skills.
