Then join our global team as Senior IT Solution Architect (f/m/d) - ServiceNow for the design and further development of our ServiceNow platform. In this role you will be responsible for the digitalization of processes in the group that go far beyond IT Service Management. You will play a key role in building solutions based on a variety of IT, employee and creator workflows from ServiceNow - always with a full focus on the user experience.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will analyze requirements from business units and stakeholders to achieve the best possible solution in ServiceNow and develop the associated architecture
- You will drive projects to introduce new ServiceNow modules and creator workflows with the development of strategies and solutions to implement the requirements
- You will act as an interface between the business units and the international development team to ensure that requirements are understood, documented and translated into working solutions
- You will manage the product backlog, set priorities and ensure that the development team meets stakeholder requirements
- You will monitor the work of the development team and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and in accordance with customer requirements
- You will identify and implement process improvements to workflows within the team

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a related field.
- You have many years of professional experience in IT analysis and architecture with ServiceNow.
- You have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (core platform and AppEngine). Experience with CSM,ITBM/SPM,FSM is preferred.
- You have knowledge of ITIL and DevOps methodologies
- You have good experience with the implementation of ServiceNow best practices and process improvements
Your profile and skills:
- In order to be able to operate successfully in our international environment, you have fluent German and English skills
- You have strong communication skills and can convey technical information to different stakeholders in an understandable way
- You enjoy working in a complex and global technology environment, driving change and taking responsibility

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 3500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
