We are looking for an IT Professional for our manufacturing facility. This position will be based at our facility in Pomona, CA.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Technology lead to collaborate with Siemens IT to ensure business servers, PC’s, tablets, and all other peripherals are compliant, operational, and secure. The plant runs low voltage electrical apparatus production lines. It also includes a metal fabrication operation supplying all electrical apparatus lines and warehouse supplying all production lines.
  • As a member of the automation and digitalization team the end user engagement lead responsibilities include:
  • Lead all Siemens IT mandated projects; Develop the site plan, Connect with all stakeholders, Represent the site for all IT led initiatives, and Disseminate relevant information to entire site and provide support for end users when needed.
  • First point of contact for application issues on shopfloor PCs
  • Provide annual preventative maintenance on computer hardware
  • Contact for shop floor to report computer issues to IT
  • Software troubleshooting.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalency
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing and supporting a Microsoft server environment
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, NAT, etc.
  • Leading at least 1 Microsoft print server
  • Experience supporting PC’s running a Microsoft operating system
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience building and deploying PC images, preferably using Acronis
  • Soft skills include: Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, empathic, good time management, Project planning skills, great teammate.
  • Required work authorization
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired (Information Systems, Information Technology, etc.)
  • Microsoft Certifications preferred: Modern Desktop Administrator and/or Windows Server Administrator

  • The pay range for this position is $79,400 - $107,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
