Your mission will be…
• Work jointly with the People & Organization Business Partner team in People related
topics (Compensation & Benefits, Function analysis & description, Job evaluation,
People development and assessment initiatives, among others);
• Support in all Employee life-cycle topics (salary reviews, succession planning review,
growth conversations, among others);
• Support in the development of People & Organization communication initiatives
(People Talks, Sharepoint, Internal Newsletters, among others);
• Support in Reporting and People KPI’s analysis.
We are looking for someone with…
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Social Science or related field;
• Written and spoken English on a proficient level is a must;
• Good MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Critical thinking and analytical skills;
• Collaboration and team development skills;
• Strong organizational capabilities;
• You are a phenomenal teammate that loves to work in a multicultural environment.
