To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Customer Service Professional for the Electrification & Automation business unit with base in Siemens A/S office in Ballerup. We are looking for a dedicated colleague to be part of our competent team with a unique placement in the organization providing advisement for our customer base. You can expect work involving customers from power utilities, offshore wind- and data centers in Denmark. If you are passionate about creating the best customer experiences, then please read on!
Your responsibilities
• Managing warranty cases for installed base
• Being the main contact person for our sub-suppliers, planning and coordinating their works onsite
• Handling non-conformance reports (NCRs) from registration in our internal systems to successful closing
• Advising the customers on spare parts for medium-voltage switchgear and providing technical expertise and support with technical offers
• Assisting the customers in on-site installation works
• Handling of offer- and order management, ensuring alignment with HQ, factories, other regional countries, suppliers and customers
Your qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as an electrician
• Basic understanding of MV/LV systems and basic knowledge of Protection and Automation equipment
• Solution oriented, strong minded and able to handle various stakeholders
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbally
