Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

1.Project specific package engineering of turbo compressor according to customer/contract specification

2.Preparation of General Arrangement, Piping Plan, Foundation plan etc for compressor packages.

3.3D Piping Modeling, Isometrics, pipe supports, base-frame, structure design etc. in Siemens-NX.

4.Plan, coordinate, implement and support detail design engineering in cooperation with internal and external customers for international projects for compressor packages.

5.Project specific component engineering, in order of contract specification.

6.Technical procurement support, review and finalize specification and data sheets, evaluate offers and correspondence with sub suppliers.

7.Knowledge of Piping Design, ASME, TEMA, API etc.

8.Maintain quality standards by thorough check of all models, drawings and implementing various quality improvement processes, support in resolution of engineering Non-conformance (NC) root cause analysis, CAPA, identify and implement A3 projects.

9.Participate and contribute for engineering process optimization through cycle time reduction, reduced cross functional interfaces & process quality improvement.

10.Develop and maintain engineering tools/calculation programs to facilitate core compressor engineering

11.Support R&D for various new product development, product upgrade, design optimization & standardization, product configurators projects.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds

1.Have basic knowledge and experience on Turbo machinery design and detail engineering.

2.Should have minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience of NX and TEAMCENTER.

3.Thorough knowledge of preparing 3-D parametric models, Mechanical routing in NX.

4.Thorough knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)

5.Knowledge of surface modelling will be an added advantage.

6.Good communication skills and presentations skills.

7.Knowledge of C/C++, VBA, NX-Rule-Based engineering will be an added advantage
