Then come and join our Philippines team as P58 Support – Service Operations professional to manage all logistical activities to support Customer Services including Customer Care Center, Technical Support, and the field force.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Customer Care Center:
- You will be responsible to establish, maintain and control all functional operation of a Customer Care Center (CCC) and implement the required Service Support Process SERVOR (Registration, dispatch, spare parts logistic, service confirmation)
- You will be responsible for maintaining the ERP / service management system (SPIRIDON). Maintain local customer database (Installed base)
- You will be responsible ensure proper data collection for any service incident.
Customer Database Management:
- Your main focus is the maintenance of the customer database (e.g. I-base) with the ERP system (P58/SPIRIDON)
- You will receive on demand system data from CS HQ and customer data from project management and update ERP-System
- You will receive required system modifications from CS HQ
- You must preplan any modification activities and coordinate parts ordering according country quota together with Service Logistics
- You will receive confirmation from customer and schedule final appointments together with CSR.
Service Logistics:
- You are responsible to manage all logistical activities in order support Customer Services incl Customer Care Center, Technical Support, and the field force.
- You are responsible to ensure all assets are appropriately stored, maintained, calibrated and protected.
- You are responsible to ensure that all warehouse facilities are maintained for professional appearance and meeting technical, certification & QSE requirements.
- You are responsible check and maintain the availability of service parts within the global CS Logistic Centers and external logistic provider
- You will be responsible for synchronizing and escalating part orders if the availability is negative and according to CS guidelines.
- You will be an interface to external logistic provider and warehouses. Inventory management. Inbound and outbound control.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You possess a degree in Custom administration/Business Administration.
- You can handle basic office operation related to logistical activities.
- You have experience or knowledge in external and internal customer relations.
- Knowledge in SAP and six sigma would be an added advantage.
