P2P Process Excellence Manager - Prague/Ostrava

Job description
We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our “Delivery Optimization – Process Excellence” team. In this role, you get a chance to apply your knowledge in accounts payable and/or procurement processes on various kinds of projects stretching from operations performance management, operational services transitions (carve-ins and carve-outs), implementation of new digital tools and smart automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize P2P processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized P2P processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Evaluate and implement P2P software solutions to automate and streamline processes.
• Conduct training sessions for staff involved in the P2P process to ensure a clear understanding of procedures and compliance requirements.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights into procurement and accounts payable performance.
Your Qualifications:
• Proven experience in procurement or accounts payable field.
• Strong knowledge of P2P end-to-end processes, best practices, and typical use cases (e.g. ICC process, down payments, MM/FI postings, Service procurement).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of P2P technical processes in SAP ECC (from shopping cart/requisition creation to invoice posting and payment run).
• Knowledge of VIM (Vendor Invoice Management is a big plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment (also remotely).
• Excellent English both written and spoken for daily communication (German language is a big advantage).
